The planning embraced a non-traditional “Rouse Fest” music festival theme, balancing creative vision with financial strategy through $13,000 in fundraising and $40,000 in ticket sales. Designed elements included fabric wristbands that doubled as tickets, custom plastic cups and keychains as favors, event graphics, mood boards, and table mock-ups, all contributing to a cohesive and immersive festival-inspired experience. Additional responsibilities included developing the event menu, conducting walkthroughs with venue staff, managing the budget, coordinating logistics, and overseeing setup and execution, ensuring both creative impact and seamless operations.
